WHAT IS THE THREAD MOUNT ON THE BACK OF THE CAMERA USED FOR? AM I MISSING A PART IN THE BOX?
This is ¼”-20 sized thread to be used for an optional third party mounting bracket. The only mounting hardware your camera comes with is the standard strap with alligator clips.
