SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States via UPS. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Please use a physical street address for shipment, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. 

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to shipment for full credit. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Refund/Exchange Policy
Due to sanitary reasons we can not offer a refund on mouth blown calls. All mouth blown calls do however come with a lifetime service guarantee. If you have any problem with one of our mouth blown calls, you can return it to us and we will repair or replace it. Please include $6.00 for return shipping charges.
