Summary
Responds to service requests, inquiries and complaints over the phone, via e-mail, or in person. Upholds the highest customer service standards to achieve customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty. Ensures maximum good will from all transactions and provides solutions to concerns.

Duties
• Serves customers by providing product and service information
• Receives and processes requests and orders via e-mail, fax, or phone
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Responsible for the overall maintenance and accuracy of the customer service database

Education and/or Experience
