Analyst

Summary
The Analyst is responsible for executing accurate and timely order fulfillment through knowledge of customer and internal order entry, order shipment, order completeness, and invoice accuracy. This person will act as a liaison between external and internal customers to meet fill rate, MABD (Must Arrive By Date), In-stock and Markdown goals as well as to insure on time shipping and performance in a proficient manner.
Duties
• Communicate and develop relationships with customer buying team and replenishment department via customer meetings, phone, email, Retail Link and co-managed work groups, and EDI (Electronic Data Interface).
• Work with sales, purchasing and replenishment to manage the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, & Replenishment) to include event based planning of items in customer stores, exception review of items with low in stock percentages, and correction of fine line product groups which impact customer store forecast.
• Work alongside our internal planning teams to determine the best forecasted need for the company and the customer for the year
• Track and trace orders from shipment to delivery as required and provide the resolution of internal and external issues.
• Work with sales team to track daily POS data and analyze on hands to develop SSO’s and backup documentation/data as required
• Continue to identify ways to improve the process through trend identification, supply chain efficiency, transportation opportunities
• Development, optimization and refresh of Retail Link.
• Conduct data analysis to understand brand performance, competitive conditions and category trends.
• Partner with sales team and management to uncover new opportunities to grow the category and business.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Degree or some college coursework preferred.
Knowledge of EDI and Retail Link systems preferred
